PALM SUNDAY OF THE LORD’S PASSION

1. We enter into Holy week to celebrate the Lord’s Supper – the institution of the Holy Eucharist, the Lord’s passion and Resurrection. On Maundy Thursday there will be no morning masses. The evening services are 5.00 pm English, 6.30 pm Kannada, and 8 pm Tamil. Adoration: Tamil at 9.30 pm, Kannada: 10.15 pm and English at 11 pm – 12 am. Details are on the notice board. 2. You are requested to park your vehicles in the parking ground and also in our Seminary ground and the entry-exit is from John Armstrong road.
3. The Parish Office will be closed from Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday.
4. Confessions will be on Mon to Wed from 7 am – 11 am and 5 pm – 8 pm. Thursday and Holy Saturday the confessions will be from 7.00 am to 12 pm only. Details are on the notice board. Priests are available during these times. No confessions will be heard on Good Friday.
5. The First Holy Communion in English will be held on 27^th of April at 11:30 Mass.
6. Today’s contribution will be sent to the Bishop’s house for Hunger & Disease. Good Friday collections will be sent for Holy Land Maintenance and Easter Sunday collections for Mission works in the Archdiocese.
7. Cecilian Choir presents Memories and Remember the Cross at St. Joseph’s University auditorium on 26^th and 27^th of April at 6:30 pm. More details are on the board. (For English Masses only)
8. Admissions to St. Aloysius PU College in Cox town, Admission at Infant Jesus Evening College on Church Street, Lingarajapuram is open. For more details kindly look at the notice board.
9. Servite English Higher Primary school on North Road has started admission for the new academic year 2025-26 from Nursery to VII Std.
