5^th Sunday of Lent

1. Next Sunday 13^th April, is Palm Sunday and the beginning of the Holy Week.
   Mass timings for next Sunday:
   English: 5.30 am, 9.30 am & 6.30 pm
   Tamil: 6.30 am, 10.30 am
   Kannada: 8.00 am & 5.15 pm
   The palms will be blessed and distributed in front of the Parish Office followed by the procession to the church for mass.
2. Chrism Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral on Thursday 10^th April at 10.00 am.
3. The First Holy Communion in Tamil will be held on 20^th of July at the 10.30 am Mass.
4. The Holy Ghost Employment Bureau accepts applications from job seekers on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:30 am and 12:20 pm.
   We also invite institutions, businesses, and individuals with job openings to register their vacancies with the bureau.
   Our volunteers assist in facilitating connections between prospective employers and registered candidates.
   Please note that interviews and negotiations are the sole responsibility of the parties involved; the bureau’s role is limited to providing a platform for initial contact.
5. THE CHOSEN – LAST SUPPER, an episode of the popular series on the life of the Lord Jesus and his disciples, is releasing in theatres in Bangalore in the month of April. Parishioners are encouraged to attend. Volunteers will be outside the Church to share posters about the release.
6. Don Bosco-Breads’ Employment and Skill Training Academy is offering three-month short-term free courses in:
   • Hotel Management
   • Retail Management
   • BPO (Call Center)
   Along with these, they also offer Spoken English, Life Skills, Interview Skills, Basic Computers, and Tally ERP 9.0 Version.
7. A Stage and Light Programme on the Biblical theme of the TEN COMMANDMENTS will be held at St. Anthony’s Shrine, TC Palya on 13^th April.
8. Sevanagar St. Jude’s Welfare Society is staging a biblical play titled “Life Story of Abraham: the Father of Faith” with Passion Play on 13^th April at 6.00 pm.
9. The music summer camp will be held at Nava Spoorthi Kendra from 7^th April to 30^th April from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. For more details, kindly look at the notice board.
