Feast of Pentecost

1. Today we celebrate the feast of Pentecost and our Church feast. Wish you all a happy feast. Let us thank God for His grace and blessings on all the families of our Parish. May the Holy Spirit continue to help us to live our faith in Jesus.
2. We thank the Fathers: Cyril, David Jesuraj, and Prem Kumar who helped us to have spiritual preparation to celebrate this feast.
3. Feasts of the week:
   • 20^th Our Lady, Mother of the Church. On this day the Confirmation will be given to our Parish Children at 6:30 pm in English mass and there will be no Tamil mass on Monday evening.
   • 22^nd Wednesday, St. Rita of Cascia
   • Next Sunday is the Solemnity of Holy Trinity.
4. This month of May is Marian Month. You could join in praying the rosary especially on 31^st May in the church at 7:30 am or 5:30 pm with your special intentions.
5. Holy Ghost Church gives financial help to children from poor families for their education up to 10^th Std. The scholarship forms will be distributed from 03^rd June to 7^th June on Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 12:30 pm only. This is only for the poor and SCC leaders will verify the submitted forms by visiting your houses. It’s not for CBSE & ICSE schools, and also limited to schools within the parish boundary.
6. Tarbes Community College invites dropout girls and married women to take admission for job-oriented courses.
7. St. Antony’s Church, TC Palya is celebrating the annual feast on 09^th June and the Flag hoisting is on 31^st May.
8. Few useful old books are freely distributed outside. Please pick up any books useful to you for reading and circulating.
