3^rd Sunday of Advent

NOTICE :– 15^th Dec 2024

1. There will be no evening Masses on 24^th Tuesday. Christmas Vigil masses with carols are as follows:
   • 8:30 pm English
   • 10:30 pm Kannada
   • 12:00 am Tamil
   On 25^th Christmas day, the morning masses are as of Sunday, and there will be no evening masses.
2. In view of Christmas celebrations, confessions will be heard on 21^st, 23^rd, and 24^th from 8:00 am–12:00 pm and 6:00 pm–8:00 pm. Confession for New Year preparation will be on 30^th from 8:00 am–12:00 pm.
3. Parish Office will be closed on 25^th and 26^th December. From 27^th to 30^th December, the office will be open for half days only.
4. There will be no English Catechism on 29^th Dec 2024, and it will reopen on 5^th January 2025.
5. Preparations for the sacrament of First Holy Communion in Kannada have already begun and it will be administered on 23^rd February 2025. Those interested in registering for this sacrament may approach the Parish office at the earliest.
6. Feast of Mother of Perpetual Help will be celebrated on 26^th Jan 2025. Contributions towards church decorations, float decorations, or feast expenses may be given at the parish office.
7. There will be a Recollection Day for Nuns in preparation for Christmas on 16^th December, Monday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at Nava Spoorthi Kendra, Cookson Road.
8. “Funny Money,” a comedy play enacted by Redemptorist brothers at Mt. St. Alphonsus, Seminary Auditorium. The proceeds of the play will be used for charity purposes, especially to support children’s education. Kindly patronize.
9. Christmas is not only a time for fun and frolic but also for proclaiming the Birth of Jesus in sound and dance. All Karnataka United Christian Forum for Human Rights is organizing a Christmas programme, *Krista Namana*, on 15^th Dec from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at St. Germain’s Auditorium, near Coles Park, Bangalore. You are invited to this programme.
10. DB Best Academy (a skill development training center under Don Bosco BREADS) is offering three-month short-term free courses, namely Hotel Management, Retail Management, and BPO (Call Center). Along with these, they offer spoken English, life skills, interview skills, basic computers, and Tally ERP 9.0 version. For more details, kindly look at the Notice board.
