2. St. James church, mariyana palya is celebrating their annual feast. Details are on the notice board.
3. Little sisters of the poor from Hennur are requesting for your contribution on next Sunday and they will be taking the collection outside the church as every year.
4. Society of St. Vincent De Paul (SSVP), Holy Ghost Conference reached out to the most deserving, poor families of the Parish for their education, and those who fulfil the following conditions and possess the following records only need to apply: 1) Family Book 2) Sunday Catechism Attendance record 3) BPL Card for the family 4) Valid Income and Caste 5) Valid Income and Caste Certificate 5) Proof of applying for Minority Scholarship last year 6) Bank account pass book in the name of the Student and finally School fees structure and receipts for fees already paid. 5. As in the past, we will be giving education aid to catholic students of our parish only who are economically very poor and studying within the boundary of Frazer town to Hennur Ring road. Conditions to avail the education aid are: no ICSE schools included and students have to bring family book, catechism attendance card, School report card, church subscription to be paid, sacraments received and parents to come to collect the forms.
6. We are in the process of building the Education fund for the needy students of our Parish and those of you wish to contribute kindly fill in the forms which is very simple and the forms will be available in the Parish Office.
7. There will be a meeting for all the English Lectors next Sunday on 30th July soon after the 9-15 am Mass in Room No. 10
8. The Parish English youth group welcomes new members to our Parish youth family. In the coming weekend our youth will conduct a registration drive to induct new members after all the English masses.
9. There is a marriage encounter programme in Tamil at Palana Bhavan which starts on July 28th Friday to July 30th Sunday. For more information kindly look at the notice board.
10. Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs.1, 61,700/- (One Lakh Sixty One Thousand Seven Hundred Only) thank you for your generous contribution. God bless you all.
